Dear Friend,
There is one human, only one person, whom death could not hold. Its grip fell off, its chains lay on the ground.
On the day Jesus, Yeshua, walked out of the grave, our lives and our world changed forever.
When two of the eyewitnesses to this magnificent event, Peter and John, were confronted by the religious and political leaders who wanted to continue their control over the general public, they simply said:
“For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.” (Acts 4:20 KJV)
Later, after seeing the Messiah in risen form, shining in light, on a roadway into the Syrian city of Damascus, the apostle Paul wrote to followers of Messiah living in Rome:
“And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.” (Romans 8:11 NIV).
Have a wonderful Resurrection Sunday!
